Available Positions:

TNI Mental Health Therapist (Employment)

Therapist (full-time school based caseloads) needed to provide individual and group psychotherapy to children and adolescents. Successful candidates must have experience in the outpatient setting, be willing to provide school-based services, and be available to work some evening hours. Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed (LCSW-C, LGSW, LCPC, LGPC, or Licensed Psychologist) in the State of Maryland and have current professional liability insurance.

TNI Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker (Employment)

PRP (full-time school based caseloads) works to assist individuals with mental illness to reach a higher level of independence. Services which are provided are individualized and based upon a detailed needs assessment which is conducted on each consumer. The PRP Worker provides support with accessing and coordinating benefits, services and community-based resources. PRP services will be provided on-site within the school. The consumer receives assistance with learning and developing improved daily living skills (i.e. personal hygiene, organizational skills, time management skills, nutrition, and money management), as well as working towards achieving healthy coping mechanisms. Bachelor’s Degree required (Concentration in a Human Services preferred).

Mental Health Therapist Contract)
Independent contractors, (full-time and part-time caseloads) needed to provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Successful candidates must have experience in the outpatient setting, be willing to provide home-based services, and be available to work some evening hours. There is an 10 case minimum required per contract. Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed (LCSW-C, LGSW, LCPC, LGPC, or Licensed Psychologist) in the State of Maryland and have current professional liability insurance.

‚ÄčCommunity Support Worker (Contract)

The CSW worker provides age appropriate recovery and relapse prevention services and skill training (including, but not limited to daily living skills, social skills, anger management skills, etc.) to adults and children being treated with serious mental illness in community settings 1-3 hours a week. There is a heavy emphasis on documentation. Bachelor’s Degree Required (Concentration in psychology, social work, counseling or a related human service field). Experience with Behavior Modification Techniques.
